Here are the photos from Wendy’s race at Dillon, SC with the USCS Asphalt Thunder Series. During the day we took the car into town for a festival to help bring in some more fans for track owner Ron Barfield.

To say Wendy made some new fans in South Carolina would be an understatement…

  From age 12 – 16, Wendy spent four years racing Quarter Midgets, earning 75 feature wins. In 1993, Wendy became the first female to win the Florida State Quarter Midget Championship. Since 2001, Wendy has competed with Tampa Bay Area Racing Association (TBARA) Sprint Car Club, collecting two feature wins. Wendy is currently competing full-time in the O'Reilly USCS Asphalt Thunder Series. (Winged Pavement Sprint Car). Wendy has been in talks with Firestone Indy Lights Series teams to secure necessary sponsorship to run ovals, including Freedom 100 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
